San Diego Dames win National Award

This October the San Diego County Committee was presented with the NSCDA Lamar Award for Excellence for their recent work refurbishing the Casa de Estudillo house in Old Town San Diego. 

This morning Diane Bell of The San Diego Union-Tribune published an article about their work: 

 “Furnishing an Old Town adobe that tells San Diego’s story was a labor of love and perseverance.”

To Visit the Casa de Estudillo:

  • The Estudillo House is located at 4000 Mason St., San Diego, CA.
  • Open daily from 10:00 am to at least 4:00 pm, April through March, and 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, April through September, except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Admission is free.
